Very Good
considering the price the room is clean and comfortable and size is just right for me, staff is nice, location of nearest metro quite good as it have direct JR train to nara, dotonbori, osaka Station and one station to tennoji for airport train. Overall happy with my stay.
I'm totally ok with it and happy with what I've paid for. service are as expectation as per my due dilligence. i would suggest to have room cleaning service, small snacks or breakfast maybe? to stay competitive with nearby hotels which are nearer to the train station at similar pricing. I see many comments on safety , suggest walking along main road if you want to avoid homeless areas.
